Meet Charlie, he's a true Unicorn because this horse has basically done it all for his owner!!
The young man that owns Charlie purchased him from the breeder when Charlie was 17 mths old.
He was only 12 at the time and he did all of the training himself!!
Charlie has always been smart and easily trained, his owner not only trained him to be an excellent trail horse but they live in Eastern KY where the terrain can be pretty rough in the mountains!
Charlie's owner also taught him to be a wonderful Country Trail Show horse!

Peyton feels it's time for him to have another horse to work with since he's done all he can do with Charlie.
Charlie is so laid back that his owner says he would put anyone on Charlie and know that he would take great care of his rider!
He would also be great as a lesson horse or for a juvenile or beginner rider to learn on.
Charlie is basically spook proof, he's use to farm equipment, side by sides, bikes, crowds of people, loud music and a PA announcer and in his video you can see him stand completely still while someone shoots a gun next to him!
He's use to groups of horses, and he is great out if you ride alone!
Charlie has a very smooth 4 beat gait also, one you can ride all day on.
He'll walk on a loose rein with your Qtr horse friends and have no trouble keeping up with your other gaited horse friends!
I personally have been around Charlie since he started showing him so I have seen for myself how wonderful this horse is!
