Jake is a 12–13-year-old Haflinger (no papers) gelding.
He is 14.2 HH with a stocky build, straight legs and nice strong hooves (no shoes).
Owners have owned him since December 2022.

The videos show his talents and capabilities quite well and were made by his former owner, so they are about 15 months old now.

As the videos show, he rides and drives in the arena and on the trail.
The short video shows how solid he is while driving even when passing an oncoming semi-truck on a two-lane road.

He is up to date on vaccines, teeth, sheath, farrier, deworming (and fecal), and Coggins.
He is currently not taking any meds.

Owners initial plans were to use Jake as a driving horse, which seems to be his "forte", but our plans have changed and he has been a companion to our 8-year-old QH gelding.
He has been saddled and bridled, lunged and lead line in the arena and the local area.

Jake is a fast learner and like most horses does best with a gentle, firm teacher who he can trust.
Jake would benefit from a "tune up" no matter which direction he goes.

He gets along well with his stablemate and normally just stays out of his way.

A good home is a must and getting him a "driving job" is a real plus.
Price is negotiable for a desirable home.
